The Department of Astronomy is working out plans for Homecoming 2024. Alumni, if you are planning on making a visit to Ohio State that week please let us know by emailing astronomy@osu.edu, and feel free to join us for Astro Coffee and other department events. The Homecoming Parade is Friday and the Astronomical Society at OSU is participating.
We can get special seating at the Skull Session before the Nebraska game on Saturday and will be at the Impact Showcase at the College of Arts and Sciences Tailgate at University Hall!
On Sunday we will be having a special Friends of Ohio State Astronomy and Astrophysics event focusing on the Sun's amazing display of aurora causing activity.
