Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

  • B.A. 2021, Physics-Astronomy and Music, Whitman College

I am a third-year astrophysics PhD student at The Ohio State University. I currently study galactic chemical evolution and the delay times of Type Ia supernovae with my advisor, Dr. Jennifer Johnson. I am also a planetarium presenter.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, I graduated from Whitman College in 2021 with a BA in astrophysics and music performance. In my spare time I enjoy rock climbing and playing the cello.
