Prof. Laura Lopez has been awarded a 2025 College of Arts & Sciences Mid-Career Faculty Excellence Award. These awards recognize outstanding performance in all three areas of research, teaching, and service of mid-career faculty at the time of review for promotion
to full professor. Prof. Lopez was selected for this honor by the college promotion and tenure faculty review committee on the basis of her exceptional record of achievement.
