Whitney Powers and Gabriela Torrini were announced as the recipients of the Department of Astronomy’s undergraduate scholarship.
Whitney is the recipient of the L. Earl Slusher Scholarship in Astronomy for showing exceptional promise for going on to graduate work in Astronomy.
Gabriela is the recipient of the Ann Tuttle Scholarship for demonstrating strong academic performance in Astronomy and Astrophysics.
