We are hosting a Teacher Resource Day for local elementary and middle school teachers on Tuesday, August 1st. Attending teachers can earn 0.8 continuing education credits by learning about the Sloan Digital Sky Survey's classroom activities, telescope and outreach kits offered by the department, the upcoming total solar eclipse, and space science standards in our state-of-the-art planetarium.
