April 7, 2022
2:30 pm - 2:55 pm
ONLINE: Zoom

Starting this Thursday, February 10, at 2:30 pm, Prof. Paul Martini will host a pre-colloquium seminar series that will introduce the topic of the week’s colloquium by Alex Ji. The goal of this seminar series is to make the colloquia more accessible to undergraduate astronomy and astrophysics majors and minors by describing some of the key physical concepts, techniques, and/or historical results related to that week’s talk. Expect about 15 minutes of intro material + some time for questions and discussion. The level should be appropriate for anyone taking Astro 1221 or above. We’ll end at 2:55 to make it into the colloquium zoom in time.
