Abstract:
As part of several recent funding calls, NASA required the addition of Inclusion Plans in addition to standard proposal materials. This was part of an Inclusion Plan pilot program, which focuses on advancing NASA's core values and advancing more inclusive community. I will discuss an overview of Inclusion Plans, their purpose, and discuss examples of elements which can create and sustain positive, inclusive working environments among research teams.
