Improving the Status of Women in the Academy
Dr. Gisell Jeter-Bennett - OSU Office of Diversity & Inclusion
This Diversity Journal Club will include a talk and a discussion on sexism and its effects on the academic workplace. Resources available to the department will be highlighted, including an overview of the OSU Title IX office. Furthermore, the effects of university and department policies on the recruitment of women in STEM fields will be discussed.
Pizza and Refreshments will be provided.
