In an effort to encourage self-reflection and education about anti-racism, this DJC will be a discussion of the book "White Fragility: Why It's So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism" by Robin DiAngelo. This book is on many suggested reading lists to become more informed and to engage constructively in anti-racism efforts, such as this astrobites post about how we can support Black astronomers:
https://astrobites.org/2020/06/03/how-can-we-support-black-astronomers/
The e-book version is available from several sellers, such as this Black-owned bookstore Semicolon in Chicago:

The hardcopy seems to be sold out in several places.
