Topic or Title

In this discussion, I will go through the Division on Dynamical Astronomy's (DDA – one of the divisions of the AAS) efforts from 2020 - present to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within our division. I will go through our recent initiatives (IDEA workshops at the DDA annual meetings, a DDA Mentoring Program, a Travel Grant Program, and Community Seminars). I will discuss how we chose and pursued these initiatives with feedback from the entire DDA membership, as well as mention some challenges and lessons learned.
