The Workplace Culture and Department Success Committee is pleased to invite you to our first 'Astro: People & Paths’ event at 3pm on Thursday the 15th of January in the McPherson 4054 room. Snacks will be provided starting at 2:30pm.
The purpose of this event is to increase the familiarity and connection across the astronomy department by giving members of our community the opportunity to introduce themselves. Invited speakers may share anything from their research interests, personal interests, or the paths that led them to their current careers. We hope this will become a regular event and offer everyone interested
the chance to introduce themselves.
For our first event, we will hear from some of the newest members of our department and members of this committee. Speakers to be confirmed.
